Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mediagentive LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
