Privacy Policy

Effective October 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Mediagentive LLC (“Mediagentive,” “we,” or “us”) handles personal information collected through www.mediagentive.com (the “Site”) and in our business communications. It does not cover websites we build or operate for clients; each of those has its own policy.

What we collect

We keep this Site simple. It has no accounts, sign-up forms, cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.

  • Server logs. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, automatically records technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. It is used to deliver and secure the Site.
  • Fonts. Pages load a typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and browser information under Google’s own privacy policy.
  • Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and work with you.
  • Business contacts. To reach prospective clients and partners, we may collect business contact information, such as a name, role, organization, and work email address, from public sources and business-data providers. We use it only for relevant business communications, and every such email tells you how to opt out.

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to you, to provide and improve our services, to operate and secure the Site, to communicate about our business, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Work we do for clients

When we run outreach or process data on a client’s behalf, we act for that client, and the client’s privacy policy applies. Data a client shares with us is used only to provide our services to that client.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, email, and data providers, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
  • A successor, if our business is merged, acquired, or reorganized, subject to this Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can opt out of our business emails at any time. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area and United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond as those laws require and will not treat you differently for exercising them. Write to legal@mediagentive.com.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Where we operate

We are based in the United States, and the information described here is processed in the United States.

Changes

If we change this Policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
